How do I order art from you?
Fill in the form on the order page: name, where to reply, framing, level of detail and a description. I answer within 24–48 hours, we agree on the price and the timing, you pay 50% up front, and I start. If forms annoy you, just write to me on Telegram.
How do I pay, and in what currency?
Prices are set in four currencies: euro, dollar, hryvnia and USDT. Inside Spain the simplest way is Bizum by phone number. From anywhere else, USDT on the TRC-20 network. Half up front, half before I hand over the final files.
How long does a commission take?
A sketch usually takes a couple of days, a full render up to a week or two, depending on the queue and the complexity. We agree on the exact date before you pay anything. If I fall behind, I tell you rather than going quiet.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. Two rounds of changes at the sketch stage are free — that is exactly what the sketch is for. Change the pose, the framing, the outfit. After you approve the sketch, changes that need redrawing are paid separately, but small fixes stay free.
What do you draw, and what do you not draw?
I draw digitally: characters, portraits, full scenes, landscapes, covers and reference sheets. Fantasy and anime-adjacent is closest to me, but I take on other things when the brief is interesting. I do not draw NSFW or 18+ content, anything hateful or degrading, or real people without their consent.
Can I use the art commercially?
Yes, for an extra fee on top of the base price. Commercial use means anything that sells or promotes: merch, a stream overlay, a book cover, an advert, a logo. Personal use — avatars, prints for yourself, posting with credit — is included in the base price.
What files do I get?
A PNG at 300 dpi, big enough to print. The working file with layers is available on request at no extra cost. If you need a specific size or format for a particular platform, say so up front and I will export it that way.
How does the queue work?
I take a limited number of orders at a time so nothing sits waiting for months. The current status and the number of free slots are shown at the top of the site. If the queue is full, I add you to a waitlist and write as soon as a slot frees up.
Can you do it urgently?
Yes, for an extra fee. A rush order jumps the queue and I start the same day. It is worth checking with me first — if the queue is already tight, I would rather say no than promise a date I cannot keep.
What if I change my mind?
Before I start — full refund, no questions. After the sketch is approved — 50%, because the work is already done. After the render is finished I do not refund, but we keep fixing things until you are actually happy with it.
